Hill's Blacktop, Inc. (HBI) is unique due to the fact that the majority shareholder is a woman. It was founded in 1986 and is still owned and operated by Pete and Kim Hill. Both Pete and Kim are graduates of The Ohio State University. Kim serves as the President, and Pete as the Vice President and both are still active in the daily operations in the company.

Originally, the offices were located in their home. However, the offices were relocated to its current location in 1993 upon completion of the construction of the “shop” which is conveniently located ¼ mile from the I-71 and Rt. 36 / 37 exit in Delaware County. This close proximity to the freeway enables us to conveniently serve all of Central Ohio. We can also serve outside of the Central Ohio area with additional charges for travel.
